Christmas is just so much fun, especially with boys this age. It doesn't really feel like Christmas here in Florida with the warmer weather and the palm trees, but we're doing our best to celebrate the season! Here's a start to some of the stuff we've been doing...I'll add more once I upload some more pictures :)
Brayden picked out this one!
All the ornaments apparently need a turn to be front and center! :)
Writing letters to Santa
Brayden wrote it all by himself this year!
We bought this on clearance last year and saved it for this year since we never eat them. We also hot glued the house together so it wouldn't fall apart with the dumb frosting!
Genius idea Guy Hill Jr! :)
We're going to go see him this weekend and Brayden is very excited about it! We'll see if Tyler even makes it on to Santa's lap.He cried last year and I'm gonna guess that we'll be repeating the screaming toddler on Santa's lap picture. But those are the best ones, right? They always make you laugh when you look back on them. And seriously what kid wasn't afraid to sit on Santa's lap? I used to be terrified!!! :)

One year we celebrated Christmas in Florida while on vacation, and it felt strange! I hope with all the fun stuff you're doing it really feels like the Christmas season!
And Andrew was confused sitting on Santa's lap last year. He was just like, "Who is this fat bearded man, and why are you taking a picture of me with him?" lol.
I love this post. I can feel the love of the season in everything that you are doing. I love that the kids can play with the ornaments and that you are making gingerbread houses...thats a great idea to use the glue gun...no one ever eats those things anyways...they are just so fun. I think you are right about Ty Ty and Santa...lol...so glad you are feeling a bit better...You make the magic Allison...we love you
You guys are smart about that Gingerbread house..I hated that stupid frosting! Cute boys, happy holidays. P.S Happy Late Bday to Guy!!
Cute tree, cute ornaments AND cute boys :) Gwen just saw Santa a few nights ago. She was pointing at him and saying "santa" the whole time in line, but once she was on his lap and we started to walk away for the picture, she pulled out the bottom lip. Silly girl. You'll have to let us know how Tyler does =)
