Bowling & Hanging with Mr. Ty

I love Groupon/LivingSocial deals! Seriously we would never be able to do so many things with our kids if we had to pay full price. We found one recently for bowling and had a lot of fun with the boys.  BB was actually pretty good bowling with bumpers and even got a few spares! Tyler liked it at first but was too impatient to keep waiting for his turn so he gave up. I haven't bowled in years and my score definitely showed that, but I did get one lucky strike thanks to the bumpers :)
I sure love hanging with this little buddy every day!
This is our little house we've been renting here in FL. It's been a great family neighborhood to live in and I hope we can find one just like it wherever we move to.  Hopefully we will find out soon!

Tyler's 3rd Birthday

Well he did it. He turned 3 and we just couldn't stop him! What a great boy our little Ty Ty is. He is definitely a handful and can be as stubborn as can be, but he balances that with the sweetest little personality. He gives the best hugs and cuddles and has a laugh that makes everyone around him laugh right along.  He loves to play and use his imagination and he is a great brother and friend.  I really love how when Ty gets excited about something he'll say, "Oh goody, goody, goody" and when we tell him to give us his happiest smile he produces the cheesiest grin possible. I could go on forever, but all I can say we sure love this kid and the fun he brings to our family.

Here's looking back at his past birthdays...
I'm still trying to believe that he is really 3!
 1st Birthday- Giant cupcake
 2nd Birthday- Mickey Mouse
And for his 3rd birthday we decided to make it a beach party since we're in Florida after all.  This was such a fun and easy cake to make. The boys loved helping decide where all the teddy grahams should go and what each one should be doing. Ty had fun naming all of them and deciding which bear each family member was. He is the surfer bear and BB is the scuba diver.
We surprised him by filling up his room with balloons the night before. Guy's job was to blow them up and he made them all so huge! Big balloons plus a small bedroom made me kind of afraid our kids would suffocate in balloon mania so we had to remove a few, but it was still a fun surprise to wake up to.
All decorated for the party
During the day we spent some time with our little manatee friends again and had fun spotting them closeby.  Ty didn't really want to look at him so he spent his time digging in the dirt. He's a boy :)
When BB got home from school, Ty got to open his presents
Love the little eyes in the corner :)
He got some new playdough which is one of his favorite things
Singing happy birthday to the birthday boy
And blowing out his 3 candles in one big blow
Happy Birthday sweet boy! We sure love you!!!

Valentines Day

We had a great Valentines Day and I loved making it special for my boys and letting them know how much we love them.  They are pretty great kids!
These are the valentines Brayden made for his class...totally from pinterest. Gotta love it! They turned out really cute
His candy mailbox he made for his teacher
I re-use the books and stuffed animals for their valentines day surprises every year. Haha, they haven't noticed yet, but I think BB will catch on eventually. We did find fun name waterbottles for them this year which they've been taking everywhere and of course candy and some little trinkets from the dollar store.
Heart notes to B on his bed
 Ty's heart notes
Valentine's breakfast aftermath...won't be using that foil stuff again! It was everywhere!
This is how I found the boys after Brady got home from school on Valentines Day.  I LOVE seeing this kind of love between these two. I'm so glad they have each other!

It's a CRAZY Life these days....

So our life summed up in one word right now would have to be CRAZY.

Guy finished up the hospital he was working on here in FL which means it's time for us to move....again.  He recently just got a job with a new company, Layton Construction which we are pretty excited about and hoping it will put us closer to some family out west.

But we are supposedly moving the end of the month, but we haven't officially heard where. Isn't that just insane! It's kind of hard to plan ahead for a move happening in a few weeks without knowing where you are moving to!  And I think we forget here in FL where it's 70-80 degrees every day that it is still winter everywhere else...I think we are in for a big adjustment if we move somewhere cold.

So honestly it's super crazy and I'm debating if I should just stay here in FL with the kiddos while Guy starts his new job so Brady can stay in kindergarten for a bit longer. I'm not sure how long it will take us to find a place wherever we go.  I'm looking forward to getting this move overwith and being settled again so life can just be chill like we like it.  I'm not a fan of all this stress and craziness. So hopefully we find out next week where they are sending us and we can start to plan our new life!

100 Days of Kindergarten and More

Wow, Brady made it 100 days in Kindergarten. He is loving it so far and doing really well, especially with reading and writing.  We're so proud of how hard he's been working in school!
Ty grabbed his backpack and wanted his picture taken too...love the upside down backpack :)
And just a bunch of random pictures from the beginning of February.
First time in the carrier on the way to get BB from school

 What is going on???
All worn out!
