3rd stop-
Puerto Vallarta. We did an excursion at this stop which was really fun. We took a boat out to
Yelapa and went snorkeling and then hiked to a waterfall and hung out on the beach. It started out pretty cloudy, but got sunny as the day went on.

On our way...

These trees were filled with pelicans

And these guys blend in really well, but you can see all of their blue feet. The rocks were covered with them!

View from the boat

I think I would like this to be my house someday please!

Getting ready to snorkel. There were so many jellyfish in the water which was freaking me out. But there were lots of pretty fish and we even got to hold a sea urchin and star fish!

This is, by far, the best picture I have ever seen of myself. Ever. Wow.

Hiking through the town of
Yelapa. It was a small fisherman town.

Some of the goods the locals were selling. Very pretty!

The pretty waterfall we hiked to

We bought lots of seashells from the kids selling them that day. It was hard to resist because they were so cute. The ones above kept chanting in unison over and over "You buy shells?"

A little bit of the city...

Yes, isn't this lovely water! We were told that
Yelapa is where the river meets the ocean so this was the river part. We decided to hike through it to the beach instead of waiting for the boat.

Chilling on the beach. Vendors would not stop coming to us and trying to sell stuff. They really do not leave you alone and are so persistent. Seriously if you buy something from one they all flock to you and then you're surrounded. We would say "No, thank you" and then they would start trying bracelets on us and holding up necklaces to our necks. We had to run away!

I am smiling here but I really did not enjoy this. Reptiles are not my friends. Also this tank top I borrowed from Kelly used to go to my waist but kept growing until it became a dress by the end of the day. It was pretty funny!

Cool tree :)

Isn't this the cutest
vacuum in the world. I might actually vacuum my house every day if I had a cute little friend like this!

I am pretty sure my sisters are both
mexican. Seriously they are so tan! And this is us seeing the ice show for the 2
nd time. It was so good! The singing shows...not so much.

The elevators on our side of the ship

Formal night #2 at our fancy dinner. Notice how many glasses they kept putting at our table. We would each have 4! It was funny!

Our favorite hangout on the promenade...right outside the yummy dessert place. I'm glad I didn't keep track of how many brownies I ate from there!

Being dorks. We didn't want to wait in line to take a picture with the captain of the ship so we got him in the background...kind of.

Mr. Monkey

Took Kelly to the casino for her first time gambling since you can gamble at 18 on the boat. We each did a dollar and
Kelly came away with $10. Lucky duck.

Me pretending I just won lots of money. But no, really I lost my whole dollar. This is why I don't gamble!

The art in our hallway.
Hahaha Kelly!

Played some bingo. Seriously it was so fun. I can totally picture myself being a bingo regular when I'm old! We did not win and we were jealous when a 8 year old won $500. Come on, what's she gonna do with that much money! We played on jackpot night and the grand prize was over $4500. The guy who won it didn't even scream or run around when he found out. He just sat there. Seriously, it's $4500...I would have passed out! We spent our whole dinner planning how we would have reacted if we won that much at bingo and how we would split the money and spend it. It was great until we realized that we didn't win and all that had happened is we lost the money we paid for the cards. Sad :(

The napkins looked like crowns. Once again, this is why I should not eat at fancy dinner places!

Here we are with our awesome servers from the Phillipines. They were the best and I LOVED them!

One last show....

Our last towel animal. A swan we named Edgar.

So sad to leave! Why did this week have to end????
I am going through some major post vacation depression now. I need some towel animals and endless yummy food to get me through it! Seriously though, cruises are awesome! I now love them and am hoping that we can find a cheap last minute cruise in Florida that Guy and I can go on together. I really want to grow up to become a professional "cruiser" like all the old people on our ship. I think I would definitely be really good at it, but I would for sure be 300 pounds from all the food. It's probably good that it will never happen!
Thank you dad for this awesome trip and mom and sisters for making it so fun. I will remember it forever!!!
