BB is 3!

My baby is 3 today! It's crazy to me that I have a 3 year old... he's supposed to still be my little baby! Sometimes I look at the little outfits that Tyler fits in now and think to myself, "hey, shouldn't brayden still be wearing this!" It's hard to believe that 3 whole years have gone by since he became a part of our family. It seems like just yesterday we were holding him for the first time and staring into his big, blue eyes! We are so grateful that he's our boy and we love him so much!!! He makes us laugh and smile every day and I truly love being his mommy and watching him learn and grow! He has such a big heart and we are so proud of the big boy he is becoming! We sure love you Brayden and we always will!

Happy Birthday MOM!!

There's another birthday we have to celebrate on BB's bday and that is my moms! Wow, May is such a crazy birthday month it seems like...my dad's is coming up later this month too! Just wanted to wish you a happy birthday mom and let you know how much I love you! BB is very excited that you guys have the same birthday and keeps asking me if you are having a Lightning McQueen party too? :)
I can still remember how excited I was to call and tell you that Brayden had arrived and that my birthday present to you that year was that you had become a Grandma!!! I have to say that this is and probably always will be my favorite memory. BB is a lucky kid to share his special day with such an amazing person. I truly look up to you in every way and hope I can be as great of a mother to my kids as you are to us.
I love playing games as a family because we can always count on you singing at one point or another while waiting for your turn. It's so hilarious!

I love seeing you and dad hold hands and seeing how much you love you have for him. It's something I've always known and never questioned growing up. I was grateful, with all my friends parents getting divorced when I was younger, that I had parents who loved each other. Melissa and I always joke about how in the summer when we were little you put us to bed SO early. We would always stare out our window at all the other neighborhood kids still playing outside! Now that I am a mom too, I know why you did!! Peace and quiet! :)You are amazing with flowers and gardening! I wish I knew as much as you. The yard always looks gorgeous! I can remember always helping you cover them up with white sheets at night when it was going to frost so they wouldn't all die. :)I loved how much fun you made every holiday growing up. We always decorated our house and did so many great traditions that I am trying to do with my own little family now. I can especially remember some birthday parties you threw for me that were so fun- like the one where you had all different colors of yarn strung around the house that we had to follow to our treat bags. And the murder mystery one was the best!!You have such a big heart. You are always thinking about others and serving them. You always put us kids first and its something that you still do. You truly are not only my mom but my best friend too! I love all of our long phone conversations and how I know that you will always be there for me. I really do cherish how close we have become and I love you SO SO SO much!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KYLE!My littlest brother Kyle's 11th birthday is today! It's always the hardest living far away on special days like these but we want to wish him a happy birthday! We love you so much Kyle and here's some reasons why... -you are just so darn cute! haha, ok I know you are turning 11 so you don't want to hear that anymore but you are the baby of the family so you will always be cute! Sorry!
-You have such a great personality! You can always make us laugh and your happiness just rubs off on everyone around you. Plus, your just a goofball and I love that about you!-You are an awesome uncle to my boys! I love watching you with BB because you truly make him your #1 priority when your with him and it makes him feel so special. It really means so much to me!

-We always have the best times when I come home to watch you and Jason while mom and dad are gone somewhere and we always scheme ways you guys can stay home "sick" from school a day or two so we can play all day.... I'm sure you already know this mom! :) -I love how you used to love spongebob squarepants and you used to be able to quote all the shows. And it was hilarious how you used to always say"oh tarter sauce" after everything

-I remember being there when you pitched your first game last year. I was so proud of you! Good luck this season... wish we could be there to see you in action again!

Tyler is growing so fast and has decided these last few weeks that his tongue must be out at all times! It is so funny! You know you got a good smile out of him when its big smile with the tongue sticking out! We love it!

And in other wonderful news, Brady is officially potty trained! He's been doing great and we are so proud of him for being such a big boy now! Daddy surprised him one day and brought him home a new pool for the backyard! He was so excited! It's gonna be a fun summer!
