Christmas in Ohio 2010

Christmas in Ohio was so nice this year. We had talked about just staying home and having it on our own this year, but decided last minute to head to Ohio. We kept it a secret for 3 month, which was torture for me but it was all worth it for the looks on my familys face! We had BB just knock on the door and stand there while we hid around the corner and Kyle answered. He just stood there shocked and then my mom came and started screaming and jumping up and down. It was priceless! At night I went with my parents and brothers to pick up Melissa from the airport. I hid while they got her and then snuck up on her in the baggage claim. She started crying b/c she was so shocked so naturally I started crying too, and then we all were...minus my brothers...too manly! Anyways it was great to be home and it was great getting that secret off my shoulders and out in the open! :)

These are from Christmas eve. We went to Mark and Stacy's house with the whole family and had a fun time doing the white elephant gift exchange and the kids acted out the nativity. Brayden was Joseph and Tyler was a sheep...no pictures cause I was behind the scenes helping all the kids get dressed up. Then we came home and opened up our pjs.

CHRISTMAS MORNING!!! Someone's excited!

Tyler was pretty grouchy at first b/c he was up so much the night before. But nerds helped him feel a bit happier so we let him eat them for breakfast!

Opening presents! My parents got Guy and I a new ipad which was seriously awesome and totally unexpected. I was so excited I cried! Haha, seriously thank you mom and dad. It is way too generous but we appreciate you guys so much! I am in Ipad HEAVEN now! It is seriously the coolest thing in the world!

BB is in a major army phase right now and so Kyle gave him his old halloween costume. Brayden totally got into character the whole time he had this on and cracked us up!

We finally finished the hardest puzzle the day before I had to leave. It was a tough one but I give most the credit to my dad and me. We were the only ones who stuck with it with the leopards and all the greenery!

Brayden wanted Eddie to lay between his legs while we were watching tv so bad and the last night he did. Brayden kept telling me to take a picture cause he was so excited!

We had a great Christmas and we were so glad to spend it with family. It was pretty cold in Ohio but so nice to have a white Christmas!!!
