For all my Utah friends....

My sister in law Melissa takes the most amazing pictures and is offering a great deal for family pictures right now! She took our family pictures last year and I LOVED the way they turned out.

Click here to see her photography blog and check out her deal! And pass along her info to anyone you know who's looking for a photographer in the Provo/Salt Lake area!!

And you can click here to see more of her latest photo shoots. She is amazing!

Bubble Man, Sandcastle Practice, & MOVING!

Found these two having some fun in the sink the other day making bubbles out of hand soap. They were cracking Guy and I up with all the silly things they were doing with those bubbles. Funny boys! "Just call me BUBBLE MAN, ok Mom!" Or Santa. And yes, Ty is eating the bubbles in the back :)
Ty was loving this crazy straw drink on a hot day. I don't think he came up for air until it was gone! It is seriously way too hot here right now so we made our way to Lake Ray Roberts to cool off...or at least try to!
On our way we spotted this and thought it was funny since we call Brayden BB
He, of course, had to show off his muscles!
I wish we had discovered this place sooner because it was not too far away and we really had so much fun there. It had a nice beach with sand to play in by the lake and the boys had a blast!
Some good sandcastle practice for the "real" beaches we'll be playing in soon. I can't wait!
Ty chilling after a hard days work
On our way home we spotted something going on, so we got off the freeway to investigate. It was a big car show thing and they had some fun things to see. BB was excited to sit in here.
And ring the liberty bell to support our troops
This was my favorite...A PINK firetruck! With a pink firefighter suit even!

But sadly the fun is over...the rest of August is just crazy. My head is spinning just thinking about it!

Guy's company flies us out next week to scope out Florida and try to find an area/place we want to live. Please let us find a place because it is stressing me out big time!

And the end of the month we are heading to Oregon real quick for a family reunion with Guy's family and we're running the Hood to Coast Relay with them. We have to completely move out of our apartment before we go and then after Oregon, we immediately drive to Florida and (fingers crossed) will have a place to move into.

Phew, so in between all of this craziness, on my few "empty days," we will be organizing, packing, gathering doc records, saying our goodbyes, cleaning, and basically just going crazy. I tell you, this is tough to do with 2 kids. If I survive the move and drive to Florida without losing my mind it will be a real miracle! So wish us luck and goodbye blog for awhile. I just don't have time to keep it up right now, but I will update once we are settled in Florida and starting our new adventure. I am excited to become a Floridian soon...it's just so fun to say! :)

Texas I will miss you though....it's gonna be really hard to leave :(

Girls Cruise to Mexico- Part 1

So the cruise was AWESOME! I loved it and loved being with my mom and sisters for a week. I think my mom thought she was taking her "adult" daughters on a cruise, but no. We were like 5 year olds the whole trip and everything was just hilarious! I loved every second of it and am so grateful we got to go. Thanks again pops! This was our cruise ship...Mariner of the Seas. It was amazing! It had 3 pools, an ice rink, movie theatre, casino, yummy food everywhere...I mean what more do you need, right! I want to live there!
We made three stops in Mexico...Cabo, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta.
Playing around on the ship
The floor to get in the casino was so cool but I kept tripping on it with my flipflops. It definitely was a hazard for me!
View of the promenade
BB packed me lightning in my suitcase so I took a picture of him sleeping in my bed. Yes, our room had bunk beds and kel and I were on top. It was comical how small our room was!
Lightning climbing up to see Kelly! I took lots of pictures of McQueen in Mexico for BB so he could make a book but I won't bore you all with them on here!
Day at Sea headed to Cabo. We hung out, read our books, and relaxed. Perfect!
You can't see them but all those white spots in the water are dolphins. We would see hundreds of them swimming next to the boat and playing in the waves. It was, by far, the coolest thing I have EVER seen in my life. We also saw groups of sea lions playing by the ship as we were moving and in the distance we saw a big group of whales swim by. We could see their spouts shooting up water and every once in awhile a fin or tail would pop up. Amazing!
Cute sisters with their $8 Ray Bans they bought in Cabo
1st Formal night. Was it comical to see all the old women wearing revealing prom dresses that showed way more then anyone wanted to see...yes. It was, by far, the best people watching night ever!
Bring on the food please!
My mom trying duck for the first time. So fancy!
CUTE
haha, this picture looks so posed. We were on our way in to see the nightly show. I think we took pictures by every statue/artwork on the ship. What else are you gonna do when your stuck on a boat?? :)
Yay, a towel elephant. These made me so happy!
First stop...CABO!!!
The view off the boat was basically amazing. Cabo is SO pretty!
Yes, we did have fun in the Cabo sun. That's for sure!
This swordfish was huge...and slimy!
We took a water taxi out to see an arch and loved the ride. We had it all to ourselves and it was just fun!
Mel and her pelican friend
The white rocks and bright blue water were gorgeous. I took many pics b/c I could not stop!
The arch we came to see. It was very cool!
Happy Sea Lions workin on their tans
We call this Kelly's Esma picture from the Emporer's New Groove
I love this shot with the ship in the back
And I love this picture of my mom. So pretty!
Kelly used to be obsessed with frogs when she was younger. She would have gone crazy at this "Senor Frogs" store if she had come here when she was about 8!
No idea why these were here but hey, let's take a picture! :)
Oh yeah, the ice cream! Hit the spot back on the boat after a long day in Cabo! We ate SO much!
One last pic of Cabo before the ship pulled out. This was the night I felt really sick. Not so fun! :(
Aren't they so cute! We stayed on floor 7 of the ship. It had 15 floors!
Haha, we kept ourselves entertained on the boat. That's for sure!
Our beds...except Melissa slept where I am laying and I slept above her. Then my mom was on the bottom left and Kelly was above her. Packed in tight but it was a fun sleepover!
2nd Stop- Mazatlan = the hottest day in my life!
Headed to the city
We went and visited a beautiful cathedral there
Then we walked around the city a bit and made our way to the beach
Isn't this just the cutest picture of Kelly! I love it!
I'm surprised we survived a few of the taxi rides we took here. The drivers do not know what these signs mean. I feared for our lives!
Pretty beach, once again! I love the ocean more than anything!
The sand was so cool here. I have started a sand collection this summer and now have sand from Australia and all three places we stopped in Mexico. I'm pretty excited about it! I just need to find a way to display it! And I love my tan line from my flipflops. They are all I wear!
We snuck into a resort by the beach to cool off. Seriously, it was so hot and humid there!
Back on the boat at one of our favorite spots
The ice show...it was circus themed and so cute!
Loved all the things they would carve out of the fruit!
Buffet=Heaven
Forcing everyone to eat more! You can't hold back on a cruise! It's just not allowed!
Mr. Bat was so cute! Especially with Mel's tye dye sunglasses on :)
